For common usage we heavy application we are using lithium iron batters and led acid batteries. About lithium batteries – which is light weight, compact in size and its manufactures announce 8 to 10 years life time . But as our experience you know now everyone using it through mobile phones and laptop etc . Normally we get the life up to 3 to 4 years. As per the new move, the tax levied per square meter on houses in gram panchayaths has been increased from the existing Rs 3-8 to Rs 6-10. In municipalities, the house tax was reduced from Rs 6-15 per square foot to Rs 8-17. Meanwhile, in corporations, the rate has been increased from Rs 8-20 to Rs 10-22. The increase was not mentioned in the budget but came into effect on April 1. With this, the property tax fixed on the basis of the revised rate will increase by five percent every year.
